He has spent the last 23 years working in multiple manufacturing and chemistry-using industries with extensive periods in the healthcare & life sciences sectors, with large global corporations, such as Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, AstraZeneca, and Mölnlycke. His expertise and extensive experience cover all parts of innovation management, from the ‘fuzzy’ front end to commercialization and post-launch support. David has specialist knowledge in technology scouting, mapping, and open innovation and external innovation collaboration in the industry and the public sector, from creating sector-specific innovation ecosystems and networks to participating in EU Framework Programmes to foster research and innovation. Dr. Greenhalgh is Six-Sigma trained in the process and Johnson & Johnson design excellence and recently became a licensed practitioner with Innovation360.
