It is a fantastic material, explaining all the features and how to take advantage of the platform. The course clarified several questions about how to conduct sprints and all ideation processes through the methodology. The last chapters of the Transformation 360 training are a really good support when you are working with a project/client. It's easy to go back and repeat parts that didn't stick the first time (in my case even the third time sometimes). What is fun is that we can really be involved in developing the content such as FAQ or glossary based on our own needs. It is also quite overwhelming to see how much development work is behind all parts of the platform. It really hangs together!
