Give you good insights about what it takes to get people on board to be able to contribute with all their best ideas. Without a growth mindset communicated and demonstrated by leaders, most people will not have the courage to engage with their best ideas, even though you have all the right processes for innovation in place. It is time well spent to dive down into this course if it is something you have not thought too much about before.
