I enjoyed the fun case based approach to design thinking. The instructor makes a case for thinking about design thinking as design action and walks you through the process so that you can experience design "in action"

Steel with pride as my old boss once instructed me to do. Immediately after the course, I took action and introduced the method to several of my customers.

Enjoyed this excellent (and entertaining) overview of design thinking fundamentals. Jack Roberts is an excellent lecturer, and I loved the way he uses expert-level video storytelling to teach the core concepts of design thinking in a remarkably compact way. Highly recommend, both for newcomers and old hands on this topic.

This is an excellent way to understand that design thinking is something that anyone can do. It lets you see that there are distinct steps to design thinking, and that each step can be learned and that each step builds on the previous one. A great way to be more intentional about how you explore the world of design thinking!

An eye-opening introduction to Design Thinking. Jack Roberts clearly summarizes the topic as a basic three-stage process: from inception… to creation… to delivery. Michael Jackson has a music production anecdote that helps to synthesize it even further: from the muses to the masses. The emphasis given to human observation in a historical background is key to understand that Design Thinking could be as new as the ancient Greeks. And then came Leonardo da Vinci. Thank you, Jack!
