Have you ever built a strategy using the 6-Aspect Model? This course will teach you to leverage the power of context through six stages of development. You will explore the impacts of Environment, Strategy, Structure, Routines, People, and Culture. Additionally, you will be introduced to other popular frameworks and how they can intersect with the 6-AMSC for a comprehensive vantage point. By the courses end you’ll have had some practical experiences with each model including, PESTLED, Crack the Case, and Telling the Story. 

Prerequisites and audience

Background pre-read information. Complementary reading list and access to blogs and podcast materials at the discretion of the participants.

Course Goal

Learnings will focus on selected frameworks in each of the session segments and enable participants to use these tools to prepare for the development of a business case, and discussions following the session.
